Good to know before you go
These are the planned policies for launch. Harbor Hop isn’t taking bookings yet.
- When do I pay?
- When you reserve, by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. There’s no cash and nothing to pay on board.
- What will it cost?
- A flat fare per person, shown before you pay. The price you see is the price you pay, with no fees added at checkout.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Yes. Change or cancel for free up to 30 minutes before pickup and you’ll get a full refund.
- What if the weather turns?
- If we cancel a trip for weather or safety, you’re refunded in full automatically. We’ll text you as soon as we know.
- How do I find my boat?
- Each pickup dock will have a yellow Harbor Hop sign. You’ll get a text when your boat is a few minutes away.
- Can I bring a stroller, bags, or my dog?
- Folding strollers and beach bags are welcome. Details on pets and wheelchair access will be posted for each dock before launch.
