Billy’s at the Beach sits right on the water off Pacific Coast Highway, on the Mariner’s Mile stretch of the harbor. It has been pouring its famous Mai Tais for more than three decades.
The menu mixes fresh seafood and classic steaks with island-style dishes and pupu platters. Inside is all warm wood; outside is a large patio looking straight across the harbor.
Billy’s welcomes boaters to pull up dockside, and there’s live entertainment and late-night dining when you want to stay a while.
